Q: How long does it take for me to receive my order?

A: Depending on the time you order, your order may be delayed due to holidays or weather. Most orders are processed within 24-72 hours on business days and shipped out immediately afterward. Orders can take anywhere from 12-20 days to arrive depending on where we are shipping to. If your order does not arrive within 60 days, we will be more than glad to offer you a full refund.

Q: Where are you located?

A: We're located in the USA, but our products ship directly from our suppliers and manufacturer's warehouses in Asia! Your products may be shipped in separate packages because of availability at each warehouse. This helps us keep the costs down for your shopping!

Q: Why does my order come in separate packages?

A: In order for us to keep our prices low, we ship directly from our suppliers' warehouses. Because of different warehouses having different availability of products, your order may be shipped out in separate packages. Each package will come with its own tracking number!

Q: How do I track my package?

A: Once your order has been placed and processed, an email will be sent to the email you use for your account, and you can enter the tracking number into Google.

Q: Do you guys restock your products?

A: We do our best to always restock our products unless they are limited edition or discontinued. If there is a specific product that you want to see back in stock, shoot us a message on any social media or through email!

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: Yes, we do ship internationally! If our warehouses cannot ship to your country, you will be offered a full refund.

Q: Why do I have to pay to receive my package?

A: Depending on your country, you may have different custom regulations, and you may be charged for your purchase. This is not within our control, and it is your responsibility to pay the charges. If you have any questions about customs, please contact your local PO.
